I'm in love with a man who left me and is in another relationship with someone 8 yrs younger then me but he still tells me he loves me but he's not in love with me anymore and I just don't get why when I took care of him when he had nothing and he was sick. I don't understand how he could still love me and tell me he miss me but he won't leave her for me he won't give us another try. Then he asked me if he could have both of is and I love him so much and I wanna be with him so bad I said yes and

I am addicted to drugs. What is the process like to recover? I want to know what will happen in the process before I talk to them.

I don't know, getting sad, and crying then hallucinating and again getting frustration. Getting angry to the extreme level for a simple things. Not having food , no interest in doing anything. After crying I will be fine for sometime. I show my angry to my close one, orelse I will show to myself. Headache, feeling lonely, thinking too much, getting scared of people Doctor please let me know I have any problem, do I need to consult .

I am very short tempered which is affecting my life badly. I often get irritated with very little disturbances and i cannot control it. I often hurts my wife as i think that she is doing something as per my expectations. It is affecting me. Is my mental health normal?

I overthink a lot just about anything even if I knew that it is not worth thinking. This creates a lot of stress. Sometimes I feel that I am suffering from OCD and anxiety disorder. It is affecting my normal life and productivity.I have very low self esteem and most often I blame myself for most of the things.

My Father, Age 67 have been diagnosed for Bipolar Disorder. While Psychiatrist have prescribed medicines and he's is taking it, treatment hadn't been quite effective so far although it's only around 10 days he had been on medication. Will therapy session work out ? I'm also concerned about medicine side effects Medicines are Lopez , Bupron, Lamitor & Luarafor Please suggest

I am having some light shock in back head and problem of insomnia. Some time I feel headache. I am under treatment psychaitry and taking mitrazipine 7.5 mg and zapiz .5 mg at night and in morning vilerest and pragocon plus capsule and etizolam .25 mg. Are these medicine can cure me completely

I have been dating a guy last year since may 2017, all was good until he moved to another country for work for about 10 months. After completing 2 months there, he suddenly came up to me and said he doesn't love me anymore. And want to break up. It's been 2 months now. I am still thinking of him. Crying for him everyday. Tried so many things like meeting new people, tried involving elf more in work, watched so many web series etc. Everything reminds me of him. There is no chance of himcoming back. Pls help !
