Boyfriend or career. Please help me!

Preparing for Medical entrance and choosing Medicine as a career itself requires lots of hard work and sacrifice to achieve your goals and establish yourself. Getting into a relationship is nothing but distraction, as you go the relationship will demand lots of attention and you might even cross limits, which can sabotage your dreams of becoming a doctor. Your realisation of doing a blunder is the first step towards your career goal. Talk to your friend and express assertively that you can be good friends and help each other in career growth, no room for any romance or infatuation. If he is okay with this, probably he is a genuine person.  If not,  you got the answer what to do next. Don't give the key of happiness and control of your life to anyone.
