I am 23 yrs old, female,i am having short term memory deficits, trouble remembering my academic knowledge as well, very depressed mood, frequent mood swings, procrastinating almost everything, very low self esteem, i feel that some body part of mine has to move all the time for example i keel shaking my legs or feet when i am sitting, is it ADHD ?

I have been under gng stress regarding my marriage life how can I handle with my husband since he has a habit of flirting

I noticed some abnormal behavior of my friend , he suddenly becomes happy like extremely happy, suddenly sad, angry and cries. He thinks that everyone is selfish no one is good. He used to pressurize himself with lots of small problems, like he used to take things in a negative way he always used to think even a small mistake as a crime. But he tries to escape out of everything and he had some thoughts about ending his life. He is not able to concentrate in studies, he tries to blame himself .

I have difficulty in focussing and concentrating...it s affecting me too much..i suspect i have adhd..

I think I have BPD. Do you know how I can be sure about it if consulting a psychiatrist in real life isn't an option? Thanks.
