Can I stop zapiz with out asking doctor advised I'm not interested in this what should I do please let me know

Hi doctor am sandhiya 20 yrs old,alwys feeling very fear having a thought to die soon i cant be normal alwys shwng anger to my family members am alwys staying in my room dont want to go anywhere cant able to sleep proprly am bds student feeling to discontinue my studies alwys having a fear of something going to happen to my parents or family members alwys having a raised heart beat pls help tp get rid of these problms

I have been basically having panic attacks alot recantally and i am afriad that i might have a panic disorder

My dad has bipolar disorder, he is on medication. He is having a manic episode and wants to call the police. He is not a danger to himself or others. But I am worried that he is becoming paranoid. What do I do.

I think I am useless. Whenever I try new things it's like someone is pulling me back. I want to go ahead I want to change me but it's not working. When my friends/roommates say anything to me I am simply not able to refuse them but I think this habit of mine they have taken like I have no work nothing to do with me and Evey time they call me for any work. I think I have given more space to them then they deserve and thing is killing me inside and i m unable to stand on my words.

I have been on 50mg of sertraline for over 8 weeks now due to anxiety but am still feeling very tired no appetite dry mouth and no interest in anything as have no energy. Still get anxious and depressed. I had a sore throat/ cold virus when I started taking the tablet and don’t seem to have got over the fatigue so wondering if it is post viral fatigue as got m.e when I was 30 which is nearly 18 years ago. Have been on and off the sertraline many times over the years

My dad is bipoler. He is on 10mg of zyprexa daily. He has been on his medicine for 10 years. He's having a manic episode. He is delusional. Can I give him an extra zyprexa to help. He refuses to go to a doctor.

What do you do with a patient who is addicted to wearing diapers who considers themself an adult baby

I am very interested in having a career in psychiatry, but I was just wondering if I would be able to counsel and provide therapy to my patients (similar to a psychologist)? I know I will have med appointments but may I perform psychotherapy with my patients and talk with them as well? Also my question is in regards to working in a hospital, not private practice (as I know in a private practice you have more freedom).
