Can I take REVITAL-H with my Neurologist prescribed medicine NERVUP OD for psychological symptoms?

I have been experiencing that I just don't feel anything. I googled what I feel and I found out that I am emotionally numb. I do not know how to deal with it. I do not have friends or a girlfriend and I cannot afford a psychiatrist. Please help me.

I was on effexor xr 150 five years ago and now I decided getting back on the drug because I'm still depressed ....I bought effexor 75mg to start with and I'm on it three weeks ...I still feel super depressed actually more than I was and I m having suicidal thoughts ..should I increase my dose to 150mg?

I believe I’m suffering from Bypolar or Scizophrenia. I am abusing alcohol when I feel manic and have been previously diagnosed as GAD. I’ve yet to see a psciatrist, could you help me understand what is happening to me, I’m 24, I’m fatigued and have no energy, in smoking about 40 cigarettes a day and getting blackout drunk regularly. I am 55 years male and suffering from depression from last 18 years. First time doctor prescribed me serta 100 mg and medicines worked for 4 years and after that mdicines stop to work. IInd time different doctor prescribed Paxidep 37.5 mg, nexito 20 mg lamitor 200 mg and zapiz 0.25 mg. medicines worked for 8 years after that no positive result. At present taking prodep 80 mg ,lamitor 200 mg,ventab 225 mg quitipin 100 mg and clonil 150 mg daily and Taken 50 sessions of rTMS but no relief .
