Respected madam, I, Manoj Kumar Valecha, suffering from severe anxiety and few other phycological issues. I am taking regular treatment from Dr. Pariyal Sir for last 9 years. Till date I couldn't able to understand exactly what phycological problem I am suffering from. I had a long long history. I am tired of doctors shopping all these years..

Just wondering what can happen from codein addiction circumstance. Someone I know is addicted, he said he only takes 2 at night to sleep.. What are long term affects to panadene forte addiction? Is this an addiction?

I m staying depressed for longer hours. I m 16 years old. I m living in Mumbai alone with some of my farther relatives. I m not able to get complete balanced diet. I m mentally disturbed. I'm not able to study. My parent's face frequently flash in front of me. I m afraid that I couldn't fulfill there expectations. I m stressed. I'm suffering from insomnia. I already have migrane. I m confused. I can't make firm decisions. I m getting strains and cramps in every part of my body including brain.

Sir I have a mental problem ofOCDplz help me suggesting any Medicine to cure it I m facing this problem from10 yrs old help me I have very fearful thoughts like to kill myself or suicidal PLZZ recommended me any Medicine to cure it it's a humble request

I have been having suicidal thoughts often. Always having breakdowns and crying when im alone. Difficulty in sleeping. I always overthink things and think of negative thoughts. Always a pessimist. I sometimes even hurt myself.

I am feeling low on confidence and i think i may be suffering from depression and anxeity

I feel sad all the time even hen i do simple things or interesting things i get no excitement i feel sad all the time and cry all the time

I don't know what's going on with me. I just feel I need someone to talk to me so I can cry out load. I am getting dreams I am having a ghost possession and no one is listening to me and i cry for help and there is no one. This is happening from last 6 months after I lost my job and i get so mad at everything around me. I feel sleepy all the time. I don't want to leave my bed..I don't feel like going out, I found my boyfriend is dating my best friend. I don't know I don't feel like trusting anyone to tell anything I don't want to lose myself, I over-think and I'm over sensitive person, the outrage is so much worse that I am actually loosing some friends coz I misbehave coz I think there is nothing called as friend in world. I feel yuck at even thinking about getting married I get scared about thinking future. Mostly I am in my past thinking how I could have changed something which I actually didn't Help me I don't know what to do I feel helpless

Okay so lately i can't sleep i can't go anywhere without a knife including from my bedroom to my bathroom. I have nightmares and I swear I hear someone in my house all the time. Someone is trying to kill me. Im trying to think rationally but murders happen all the night hes just waiting for the right moment to strike. my bedroom window faces my backyard and at night there's some kind of white light that flashes in my window. Im going crazy and i really need help. My mind is exhausting.
