Suffering from depression and sadness.i feel irritated and agitated all the time , my heart beats very fast when I am detached with someone

I have severe anxiety. I also have depression. It's effecting my life and my daily function

Earlier I was very motivated I was ambitious but after not been able to land a job for many years I am shattered now. Others are successful with little efforts they are intelligent. I want to achieve more than everyone.

I want to increase my memory power and I am facing one problem from child hood that i repeat doing thing continuously for more than one time. For e.g. If I have touch a bench, my mind say again touch it two more times otherwise some bad thing may happen. If I have written any word my mind say cancel it and re-write it 2 or 3 times again, other wise some bad things occur. Please give me the solution.

Sir/madam, I am preparing for an exam from 1 year now it is 20 days left. My all friends gone for vacation(week) except some. I am staying in my room alone. My eye is twitching continuously from yesterday feeling headache and irritating. I am feeling homesick cant study as regular. Is it good to go home now if i go home for 7 days. Will all my study disturb. Please give me a suggestion.

I had taken Bhaang in Holi festival after that my heart beat increased after that i always listen my heart beat and i feel that my heart is come out and i thought i died. My confidence level is go to down and down every day. I have to qualify my police force training during on time but when i am running then i listen my heart beat it's going on an on then i stop because of fear so please tell me where i have to go

So basically about the thoughts, I never fantasie about it, never indulge into the thoughts, but they feel real, like an urge. Can anyone relate? (The urge can happen anywhere, doesn't matter if it is near danger objects or not. When for example my dad starts arguing with me the thoughts appear, does that mean I am actually suicidal? "Background" thoughts and thinking about this topic even when I am fine. Another thing, when I am fine I get like butterflies in the stomach. Is this post-anxiety

Hey.I needed some help pls. I am having some bad thoughts which are kind of paranoid.But i know the thoughts aren't real and just my imagination.Moreover i self diagnosed myself to have Ocd. i was worried that i can get schizophrenia after watching a documentary.It lasted for two to three months before going away ,as i chose to ignore them.help?
