Bipolar disorder and confused over it's
I've been diagnosed and suffering with bipolar depression for over a year and a half , but I've noticed that though I've had disinterest in my hobbies and activities initially for the first 4-6 months (anhedonia) after those months I still feel continuous tense feeling in my chest but am able to do things , enjoy movies, do my hobbies etc
Is this normal..??
