I've been having these moodswings very frequently. Sometime I feel really happy and high and I have sabotaging thoughts about myself. I've been going through a lot of stress due to school work so I just ignored them thinking it's tiredness. But it's getting disturbing. Most of the time I'm lost in fantasy and I can't come out of it because it is just more satisfying to live in it because coming back to the real world is disappointing. I get angry and irritated really a lot. Why is it so?

I am tensed and depressed. I feel that people don't care about or respect me. I often feel that i am underutilized in my organization. I have lost my confidence to a great extent, i have become so pessimistic too. I cannot concentrate on subjects or topics.
