Anger and mood problems
Does anger management require treatment? I have not been an angry person but lately I have been less tolerant and have emotional outbursts. I feel really bad about it. Do i need to see a professional for help?

If this is something that is happening recently, try to find out if there are any recent changes that have caused this behaviour. If it can be controlled and if it is purely situational, then you can change it or wait patiently for it to pass and in the meanwhile, you can practice keeping good mental health. If you don’t know the cause, then find out the triggers that make you annoyed and angry. Ask yourself “what emotion am I experiencing”. Keep asking “why” to the answer you get. You will soon realise that the anger was only there because you saw the situation or person through a different perspective and when you change your perspective, your anger vanishes. If you need help with this process, you can always contact me and I can give a demo.
