Hi am taking telma 40 from last 1.5 years for high blood pressure..Everytime i feel that some problem in my body..also think that i will have heart attack any time due to high bp..some time i think i do not have high bp but i am tking medicine that is harming me..my mind thinks this kind of issue everytime..sometime it feels i am out of breath..and sometimes pinching pain in my head and chest...pls suggest on this.

I am observing signs of depression due to family issues. I am a fun loving gal. But after marriage, things are changed and was unable to concentrate on anything. It was indeed a love marriage.
