Hi I think my husband is facing depression problems. i want to help him overcome. but dont know how. He couldnt sleep, he is not able to love me and he is falling intermatrial relationships and he knows and admits he is wrong.

I am losing temper very easily and can't even control my anger once I am angry. I feel very irritated and don't feel like taking responsibilities. I have started throwing things but I never used to. I myself is afraid of this impatience and anger. I am losing everything. Please help me out. I think I am depressed as well.

It's been more than 2 years i cant get over my breakup, bcuz of that i am suffering from lots of problems, like i cant sleep at night...i have not sleept relaxingly from years, and also cant concentrate on my study due to which i am keep failing in exam....And also i dont sometime feel alright...I cant even express my feeling from what i am suffering...I am just suffering...Need Help..! Have lost my elder brother 4 months ago who was 37 and died due to heart attack. Since then I get situation when I feel crazy little pain in chest and uneasiness n start taking long breath. Gone through with all test including TMT ECHO and ECG almost all blood test. All reports were normal but still get such situations. Now Doc say to meet psychiatrist as it could be panic attacks. Plz suggest

I am 35 year old man with 81 kg of weight.i have had my first manic episode in 2001.taken some psy care and got stable.again in 2007 i was in manic phase but untreated and got stable.but in 2011 i have had a serious manic episode and i was diagnosed with schizoeffective disoder but some other psychiatrist tells it bipolar disoder.i remained on lithium and amisulpride. after two years in 2014 lithium changed magnesium valproate400 mg BD and amisulpride 50 mg as usual.but i have gastro problem

Hi there! I have a weird question. Whenever I feel like I'm about to cry, get upset/feel anxiety over something, my wrist start to tingle. It's almost like a tickling feeling. It feels like my wrists are fluttering if that makes sense. Not sure what this could mean.

I always confuse about note counting has done right or not.and kept in locker safely ??
