I have been a headache from past 3 months...proper sleep is not coming all the day work comes in night in dreaming...,and whole the day there is headche...low mood always.. Uneasy feeling... Daily stress...weakness

You need to understand that min 8hr sleep is must only if you are into physical work. But if you do less physically and more mental work, then you need rest + sleep. During this rest time, the mind does all reconciliation work for that day and then gets into sleep. Looks in your case, you are not having proper rest.
