Lately I've been feeling very much sleepy during my lectures and while studying, this is causing me hard to concentrate and work. I'm 22 years old male, working as a research scholar in physics.

My parents don't believe I have anxiety and they won't let me take medicines or get help. they laugh and joke about it but I feel like I'm trapped. I even made up a lie that I'm too smart for real school so I could be online schooled but now all the work with the online school is giving me bad anxiety! what do I do? I cant talk to people because I panic and I can't go anywhere alone. :(

I always had a feelin that im gonna die.. and it makes me dont want to eat.. i feel scared when the nights come and i cant sleeep.. when i read a blog about dying people.. i feel like had the same way as them.. am i gonna die??

There is a pain on left side of my kidney from a year. but not kidney issue. and im feeling lonely and depressed.

Unable to forgive people around for their deeds . In turn I am loosing my peace of mind. It's been two years I do not like the person whom I loved the most for his deeds. Though I feel he is changed I am Mable to forgive him.. he is none other than my hubby. Sometime I feel all my innocence is murdered!! Feelings are tortured ... have no body to rely on... yet !!! I wish to stand up and lead life till god grants me the death sentence!!!

I go between having literally zero (0) feelings [not reacting to emotional stimulus, no smiling, no joy, no frowning, no sadness-- nothing; i fake it around my friends] to having too many feelings [crying when i see a sad video, crying when i see a happy/heartwarming video, crying when i think about my family], what could cause this?

I'm a medical student. I'm good at studies but due to some reason I'm not able to perform to my fullest ability. Due to my foolishness I lost gold medals in pathology and physiology.. And now Ophthalmology. I just hate myself. Please help me
