In my mind bad thinking is heavy, while reading books and at lonely. I'm not controlling and doing mastrubation daily once.help me to get rid out of this.i wants to study hard but my mind was diverting.what can I do

I think so much about what people say that's result I cry all time and get headache.

.For the past year I couldn't concentrate on my studies but rather goes around thinking a lot. I'm 16 and fast thoughts and aggressive thinking makes me even predict things.Im a left handedness guy ,so I'm a bit creative and now I can see everything I think like a video of some sort,I get depressed and feel lonely and it's hard to get out of bed every morning.This is getting worse day by day because my thinking cap city is Sobmuch and I feel so restless and hyperactive,I think of multiple thing

Ive been having suicidal thoughts and really cant see the purpose of life because of my hiv

I feel like I could be suffering from boderline personality disorder. Im having chronic feelings of emptiness. I feel like I cant identify who I am. I am angered easily, hyper, over sensitive and can't talk about my feelings. I've always felt misunderstood. There are times when I feel suicidal at a slight inconvienience and everyone thinks things about me I know they don't

My nephew is in a rehab for drug abuse and severe depression. He is doing his step 4 which is proving very difficult for him. He has revealed some very disturbing things that he has done and has now gone into an even deeper depression. His councillors are very worried. Can he get out of it? I don't want him send the a psychiatric hospital.

I think I have bipolar disorder. I am wondering if there are any medications for this that do not require a prescription i.e. homeopathic/natural remedies that I can easily buy in my drugstore.

I am fine happy but when i measure my blood pressure it shows 140/80 i don`t know why after measuring blood pressure my tension increases i think of it whole time how to deal with it
