My love interest prefers my friend, who is dead inside, over me. she heard me being sad about it, so she tried making up to me but I knew she pitied me, so I rejected her and now she complains that a small number of people make her happy. should I forgive her and pretend it didn't happen?

I am unable to sleep at night. I am always worried about my future.In addition to this, my family is also pressurizing me to concentrate on my studies in order to get better job in the future. I am unable to make decisions as well. All the time I feel like I am depressed.

Hello I am 28 year old I have depression since more than 2 years I feel low throughout the day .if I go in sunlight then I have panic attacks with increase in neck pain . before depression I have diagnosed acute hepatitis and get recovered after one year I have panic attacks and neck pain during this problem in my right ear some titinus or sound starts n i feel low hearing with my right ear. Panic attacks mostly comes in summer in winter I feel comfortable. Now what should I do.

Since last 1 month thr are being several times when i feel very low, depressed and feel like crying. I am aware of few things which would b leading to it, but unable to find the root cause and a way out from it. I dont understand the reason behind it and how should i overcome it.i am afraid it might lead me to more and more darkness. Please assist. Let me know in case you need any more details.
