Can vitamin or iron or calcium deficiency cause intrusive thoughts or self doubt and what if’s questions. I get weird thoughts and I start questioning things against my will.

So I had been visiting the Psychiatrist for depression treatment for last one year and just got off my meds couple of days back as suggested by doctor. My sleep has reduced and getting nausea, headache and dizziness sometimes(once for a millisecond or something) since last couple of days. Am I facing discontinuation symptoms?

I've lost 10 pounds in the last 6-8 months. I have been prescribed adderall XR 20mg and take it on weekdays. I think this is why i lost so many pounds but family members also suggest I take a thyroid test. Would nicotine, cannabis, or alchohol show in a thyroid test?

It seems i have trouble sleeping lately. Its unusual because i normal fell asleep so fast but lately it so hard to do so and i wonder why...
