I cannot focus on my studies for 5 Years and my standard is going down everyday now but earlier i was a topper of my class and due to this i am in depression and memory power is decreasing what should i do to regain my previous potential plz help

Should a person with depression and anxiety should be left alone? Or should we stick by his side even when he pushes us away..?? Could it be the case that he is feeling weak to discuss his own problems? Please help me..

I’ve had derealization and panic attacks for 3 days. World feels very distant.

Dear sir, my sister age 39.has some mental related problem since last 6 months.she constantly feels that others are knowing about whatever she is thinking.she feels that everyone else are able to know whatever she thinks and this is making her fearful. so is this really a mental problem.she also feels as is some ghost is coming on her body. please suggest what should be done.

My friend and I went through a conversation then he adviced me: to know more about social intelligence, because "you always interpret the meanings wrongly" he said. I watch videos and listen to audilbe books. then I refuse the total social intelligence idea because I think that I'm not psychologically healthy because of inner-problems; my parents were careless for all my situations I went through childhood. I think if I'm psychologically healthy maybe I'd accept the idea and will be good with it

My friend was throwing some dolls ash into a cup of coke without knowing it’s mine and I drank the coke. Please tell me what would happen ?

I am not able to sleep from 30 days, my eyes are closed but no sleep. Sometime i sleep for some minutes but i woke up. Woke up early morning very frustrated with body ache. My blood sugar and blood pressure is normal. It never happened before i had sleeping problem for one night or may be 2 but continually problem never happened. My eyes feel heavy but can't sleep even in day.

My brother is studying in 10th std and he has behavioural problem. He doesn't study and doesn't listen to any one. He also sometimes swears and try to hit parents. His behaviour has become a problem in home and school

I am having body pains, fatigue, stomach bloating and slight tingling sensation in my ears since i stopped taking pari cr 25 nearly 2 months ago. Are these side affects of taking pari cr 25 or something else ? What needs to be done to stop these effects ?
