I was diagnosed with ADD last month. My doctor is currently giving me Axepta -60. But it makes me feel sleepy and zoned out. I heard Adderall available in US is the best treatment. But under what brand is it available? Or is it available India?

Last night i was on call with my girlfriend who had been tormented by a guy for almost 5 years, 2012-2017, and her parents found about her problem later only. I am not sure is it depression or stress or what. But i am scared to sleep, crying bcoz I don't want to feel like this. There is an extreme sadness and loneliness feeling which is uncontrollable and unexplainable to any one. Loss of appetite, headache and overthinking about everything.
