What does it mean and how does it work .I m confused by it and I don't understand what to do and how to apply

My mom is living in her fantasy world for five years after my father married another woman & a huge economical crisis.

I've been taking escitalopram 10mg and Alprazolam 0.25 mg for my anxiety disorder which I developed after my father's illness. Later doc asked me to lose alprazolam and switch to Olanzapine 0.25. But Olanzapine gave me weight gain and whatnot so I wanted to quit, I tapered off slowly but now I have extreme withdrawal symptoms. Insomnia, generalized anxiety and faster heart beat. I wanna know if there's anything I could take to beat this withdrawal period OTHER than olanzapine.

Sir.... I have been in a severe depression about my relationship and family...... I'm judged by all..... No one likes me.... I don't know Y this happened to me only.....

I m facing many mental issues from continously 1 month . I m feeling depressed . The situation is getting worst. Sucidical thoughts are coming in my mind . I can't sleep at night . 4-5 times I wake up at night. Can't eat properly . Can't focus on my studies or anything . Situation is getting worst .i can't control on my thoughts . I m just thinking all the time . Sometimes I thought everything is a dream.everthing is fake .. Please help me to get out all of this situation
