How long does Invega sustenna 156mg take to completely leave out of my system ? I am a 20 year old male ,5’8ft, 198 pounds

I am very anxious and paranoid more often than I'm NOT anxious and paranoid. I have anxiety about silly things. I always feel like people are on to me. When I am alone I get really sad and I over think everything and I feel like I can't control what I think about. I don't want to harm myself, but sometimes when I'm by myself I feel like my brain is telling me I should. I also see things that I know are only in my head, but are causing problems.

I really need to know if my medication is working for my anxiety. None of my symptoms are gone. But I feel calm and relaxed etc. I'm on 150my of Effexor. Have I responded to this drug?

On 11th december,2017, her younger son was died by a road accident and on 22nd march,2018, her husband was died. I am her elder son ( now only son). I am very much confused to that, how can I treat with her to take a normal life.
