My mom yells at everyone all the time for very small things. She fights with neighbors and I face issues all the time. If i don't support her while fighting she will fight on me as well. She takes it emotionally and cries that no one is supporting her ? My father left us when i was 4 and now i am 24. She think no one cares about her.

I lost my health and thinking capacity by over mastrabution .i m so much dipressed what can i do

I am currently on Nexito 10mg and Zaporil 12.5mg for the past 3 months down from Nexito Forte which I was taking for almost past 7 years. My Nexito forte dose was brought to Nexito Plus for sometime and then to Nexito LS and finally now on Nexito 10. I was able to cope up with all the Nexito reduction but finding it little difficult to cope with Nexito 10. The main symptom that is troubling me is excessive sweating, hot flashes and palpitations, occassional headache and light headedness/dizziness which is hinderence in my daily life. I am also practicing cognitive behavioral therapy under doctors advice but still when the panic attack strikes I am unable to keep control over my symptoms. Request your guidance on how to manage and cope up with the above issues.

I am taking medicines regarding to ocd since 3½ years with diagnosed by proper psychiatrist. my question is,is it OK to consume medicines regarding to ocd for 4 long years?is it harms my health?As per your experience when I should stop medication?

I talk myself when I am alone, feeling the presence of another person. But when someone enters my room I stop talking automatically. Please help me to solve this problem.

Im diagnosed with depression and anxiety and have been taking medication (40ml of fluoxitine) for a while but sometimes things that are worse happen. I get episodes that last a few hours where I see things, like scary things- most recently I saw a white hand grabbing the stairs but it disappeared, and I'm sure I saw it. I also feel like people are watching me and I always get this sense that bad things are going to happen and my parents will die. I also have bad dissociation problems.

Sometimes my heart rate is 55-60bpm , could any one help me why my heart rate is low . I am taking esticalprolam medication.
