My boyfriend is unable to accept my past relationship and come over it. This makes him depressed and he hurts himself. Hurting himself makes him feel weak and low. Even though he loves me so much whenever he remembers the past his anger dominates him making him go mad. We are not able to handle this situation. I am afraid that this may spoil his future, happiness and everything which he hasn't enjoyed yet. Please help me to get him out of this.

Recently I got married and I was very happy with my wife but after some days of my marriage I just knew something about my wife that she has some affair with her senior in her office and when 1st time I cought her she sweared to me that she won't talk him again but after a week I cought her again with him and again and again, I cought her 5 times and now Im not able to forget all these and all the time it's romaing in my mind now I can't sleep eat talk and I'm just a silent guy now..

My mom is suffering from depression since last 10 year,in between she get's well for 2 year but again she suffers from same depression please suggest something...

1. Unable to sleep at night..even if i sleep at night, it is disturbed. Sometimes I can sleep well in afternoons 2. If I am watching movies or TV shows, to understand what is happening I should pause every 20 seconds and recall what happened till now 3. If I have to recall a list or name, I find it very difficult to get them immediately 4. Once in a while, I can’t make out if things are real or memory…Like whatever happened even in morning feels like a distant memory
