I have severe anxiety problem. I feel so stressed, specially in social environment, where lots of people are there. I feel anxious before many days of any future incident . I cant even concentrate on anything. Cant eat food also. Infact I have difficulty in sleeping also.  What should I do now?

U are having anxiety ,mostly social anxiety or phobia. Consult psychologist immediately for better treatment.

Few points must be followed- ●Must face ur fear,if u escape from them they getting bigger and bigger. ●To improve social intimacy u must visit ur nearest relative or friends frequently and invite them to ur house to reduce the stigma. ●Try go ur own in market place, lifts,shopping malls.
