Fear and Overthinking both are the effect and cause,vise versa.
There must be some reason innur life which causes anxiety, over mental stress, Overthinking and then fear.
It is like a chain of thoughts, once u get anxiety attack then like a chain every incidents occur and Lastly fear occur.
