How can I get aderall? Can I get it locally. I have come from New York and having trouble finding this medicine. I was wondering if any of you guys can help?

What should I do to attain mental fitness .i am feeling mentally ill and challenged?whom should I consult??

I am facing massive depression. I am so angry with others. I am not happy . I am physically weak

My doctor gave me Nexito 10mg twice with amisulpride(50mg) which is an antipsychotic. He told me that it works on certain receptors in your brain. Dose for schizophrenia is 1000mg so it is not for that purpose. Should I take it or not? Can anyone tell me other combinations for depression in which I have same symptoms of lack of interest in everything.

Why there are six SSRI to confuse the patient. Can I take either of them. My doctor gave me escitalopram 10-0-10 for sometime and then fluoxetine 40-0-20 for some time and after that he is giving me fluvoxamine. Is it possible that one ssri work on someone and other doesn't. Why does that happen. I'm suffering coz of that and no one has any answer. Psychiatrists plz help in detail😖

I keep getting panic attacks and my heart rate goes up. I get shaky and nervous. I have an appointment with my family doctor on the 22nd of may. I didn't want to go to the er for this problem so I came on here to ask for help.

I can't handle some words ..it hits me ..like people who do politics on small things and make fun ..and scold illogically and put their frustration out on me ..

Dear sir, I get angry very frequently / irritations and this happens only with my wife, I need some support/ guidance to how to overcome from this problem as this is ruining my family life. I'm very attached to my wife and at times have tried to control her lot and sometimes even for small things I have raised my hand which I should not do , but I realise this immediately and say sorry in and bcoz of my this behaviour things got against me, she started lying to me which bothers a lot and I want to come out from this problem to save my marriage. My over possessive behaviour is ruining my family life and I want to save my marriage.

I have a weak personality. Since I was 12 I stopped talking at home due to fights with brothers. I succeeded in studies and had a friend to talk to. I have low testosterone level and I’m thinking it might be the problem I lose the man’s aggressive nature and wit. I’m so quite so calm I avoid talking to people. So introvert. Even those who show signs to me to go to talk to them, I tend to give signs back I’m not interested. So shy and sensitive. Is it a hormone problem or something else?

Does hypnotherapy help in managing depression and anxiety disorder. I am currently under treatment for both with medicines involved.
