Constant anger and sadness
Hmmm don't even know how to start but I know am nt ok. Before menstruation I get extremely anger at everyone for no apparent reason. Den I get to feel dat no one really cares about me. And den I feel lyk talking to my loved ones. I wont even respond to dem when dey call me. Den finally I regret it and ends up crying myself to sleep. I usually av insomnia as well. And suicidal thought crosses my mind a lot. Am very sad and I don't know whether am going mad. Kindly help me

I think u r facing high anxiety. Most of the time out of highly anxious state of minnd we tend to feel angry and starts blaming every tbhing.Negative thoughts keeo on hitting our mind. In a situation like this u need proper treatment. One is evaluation of your thought process and second psychotherapy sessions.
