Mood swings

Hi! I'm a final yr medical student. 21yr old female. I'm having trouble dealing with my frequent mood swings. Somedays i feel bright & happy and few days i feel like doing nothing, even though I had to do a lot of imp/urgent work. With no apparent reason. Its not hormonal. I feel like this way since 11th standard. In 2013 when i was in 12th class, my mother got diagnosed with stage 4 recurrent breast cancer. & In feb 2014 she took her last breath. Since then i feel low. Please help.

I have an addiction to smoking , and i am unable to sleep in the night for almost a week now , also getting suicidal tendencies , all of a sudden my anger level has gone up , i am depressed about the fact that my work is not that great . i am getting irritated from almost everything and everybody.

Sad after exercising

I always feel unimaginable sad after exercising, I've tried very different forms of exercise, but anything that causes exhaustion leaves me with my body shaking and suicide thoughts. I don't know why I'm sad after exercise, I'm normally reasonably happy.
