Hello. I have severe anxiety/OCD I've been on 40mg of Fluoxetine and 10mg of Olanzapine for a year. Recently I've been noticing muscle spasms of my eyelids and throughout my body. Should I be concerned? My psychiatrist told me to reduce to 7.5mg of Olanzapine. Also, which anti-psychotic and at what dose is least likely to produce tardive dyskinesia/tardive dystonia? Is Quetiapine, for example, safer than Olanzapine and Risperidone? Is Quetiapine as effective as Olanzapine at controlling OCD?

I have fearful nightmare everyday. it irritates me, i am fearful of it,give me best medicine

I was suffering from acute psychosis which was diagnosed by psychiatrist for few months one day jumped from college and ran away because I felt that someone is going to kill me I passed first class in that college and I joined for another college firstly everything was fine but later on I failed in some subjects and left the college and I was feeling grandiose delusions but now I m gaining ability to think about my past and I was worried about my past and future and I my life studies suggest me

I feel angry,sad,depressed,and anxiety and I talk to himself all the time.I feel lonely and Broke .I act weird .I easy something when I am alone , like something is looking at me , sometime hear noises and see hallucination.

Greetings! I wanted to know is there a way to eliminate horoscope obsession?That's because my sister's zodiac fanaticism is actually creating obstacles in her marriage. She's straight away rejected really good proposals just because they don't fit in her so called compatible zodiac list! Kindly enlighten.

Am facing constant ringing in left year and occasionally right year but not both at a time. i don't have any health issues or i am not going any medical treatment. i will not listen sounds at high volume and i don't use ear or head phones. both years are working well even though it is ringing. what is happening to me. thanking you..

Hi, I stated my initial carrier as mechanical engineer in Hyderabad I got placed from college Bangalore . with in 1.5 yrs I got new job in Bangalore with good package which I taught but after one month of job now I am feeling the package which I accepted is very less for my experience after seeing even the fresher is getting the same. now I am totally in confusion due to this I am unable to concentrate and don't even know what to do next...
