I talk to myself when no one around and act out scenarios sometimes. How to treat it out ?

So this is nothing new this has been an on going battle that my mother has been facing, every few years or so she stops taking her medication for her illness, but this is the first time I'm at an age where I can do something about it. It's gotten very bad at the moment very erratic behaviour and completely ignores me almost as if she can't hear me, very paranoid and won't answer her phone door etc, dropped contact with everyone she knows. She needs to be in the psychiatric ward again.

My child is in class - 1, and not at all concentrating on studies. Does not listen to instructions and is very angry and aggressive at all times. Please suggest so that she becomes stable and starts reading.

Is schizophrenia an excuse for a 12 year old to cuss an adult out, throw stuff and refuse to do as he is told? This only happens when he is told to get off the internet, off video games and when ask to clean.

I am smoking since last 10 years... I have tried many different ways to quit it like Nicotex chew-gum etc but couldn't succeed. As of today I smoke around 10-12 cigarettes daily which is definitely becoming a poison for me and my family now. Is there any solution to my problem through medical science?

I am mentally disturbed because of my love life. Need a suggestion from someone..

I cant eat .i have headache,stomachache,i feel weak and dead. My body shivers.
