I cannot articulate past memories.. I cannot think anything properly.. I remember things only in short passages..I have speech disorder so I can't speak fluently..but what may be the reason I can't even think properly.. lm am so ashamed when I have to interact with somebody because I don't know what to them even with my family member.. Please help me

Mind under pressure...sometimes I feel I m lacking in my profession...and worried about how to come out of this problem depression...not able to talk to any person...please help..

My Lower right Backside of head/brain pains sometimes mildly , not very intense pain and this pain was first felt by me in February this year as this pain is not very often so i ignore it few months now this become very often like in every 2/3 days i feel it during most of a day. In February i was doing little intense exercise like pull-ups so i thought it was because of that so i quited exercise now from last few months I'm in little stresses of studies of entrance exams and few family issues as well. Also i do started little bit of sneezing as well form last few days. Please do advice me about my health.

Hello Doctor. I had my first panic attack in Dec 2016 when I smoked weed. Since then my life changed and I'm diagnosed with health anxiety and had many symptoms like muscle twitches, tremors, buzzing, headaches etc. But I stopped all my bad habits and started accepting my symptoms and I'm feeling better since two months. But lately I'm getting a new symptom. Whenever I'm walking I feel like I'm on a boat or I feel unbalanced since one week. Even I feel like my brain is foggy and seriously I can't explain this symptom. It's really scary. All my medical reports are normal. Please help me. Is this symptom really anxiety related ? Please help. I smoke once a week and don't drink at all.

My mind is under pressure...and it remain stuck to any one thought and not able to think me other important things...is it bcz of pressure over head?

Sometimes I feel helpless...depressed state ...feeling ..can I get out of this depressed state ...as it won't let me do anything...mind under pressure...

I find it difficult to concentrate for more than 15 minutes.I feel low ,worthless n sad all the time..This started 12-14 years back..In the beginning the issue was mild..but then i was in a toxic relationship n my condition kept getting worse..Now I am constantly looking for an escape route rather than facing the reality as I result my career ,my relation with my parents,friends n relatives have suffered. I feel my self esteem is completely nil that is why I am constantly trying to please everyone even at the cost of my happiness..I feel I will die feeling sad ..It has been 8 years since I hv enrolled in CA course..but I am still stuck in CA final for more than 3 years...I am completely going mad..Please help me..Please..I feel numb n tired all the time..even after 8-9 hours of sleep every night I wake up feeling tired ..I sleep around 11 hours..

My mind is under pressure...it won't think new things...it is stuck to one place...my eyes are also feeling heavy bcz of pressure...my mind feels no energy...like it is weak and tired...due to which I m unable to do any work...

I do  core night shift and have been doing from past 3 years..from the past 3 to 4 days I feel a slight inner pain on the right side of my head. This I have been experiencing at irregular times...but at same place.when I touch the area I feel it to be slightly less firm than other side of the head. Is there any issue with my health..  thank u for u r time. Family history..my father is diagnosed with stage 4 cancer.last year..is it heridatory?
