Unnecessary fear arise when for office and after office no energy i am in sbi i consulted pscychitrist but not satisfactory

My brother back side head paining and chest burn also happened so I Consult with doctor she gave two injections and one syrup that time pain was gone but now the pain started what to do

I am using bupripion for a long time now, I just want to know can it cause some harm to my memory? And is there a better alternative compared to bupropion?

I feel so sad always..and want to cry I want someone who can understand me Listen to me..my husband was my best friend but we had a fight some days back and m finding it so difficult to get over it..I don't want to go home from office..

Today when i went to school. It was a  very hot day,so after taking juice I went to my school. I felt very much drowsy and sleepy since the first class. The teacher was teaching but I couldn't capture any of his words. I tried hard to keep my eyes open but I couldn't. I was about to faint. I told my classmate that I may faint any moment. Then he took my to the basin and applied cold water to my face. Next I left my class for that day and came to my room. Since that incident I feel like I have memory problems. I couldn't recall some of the answer neither could I slove the questions which I used to solve before that incident very easily. What should I do now? Is anything wrong with me.? Have I lost my memory Power?

I think I may have schizophrenia as I have dillusions and hullicinations, Iv had these symptoms for as long as I can remember, my hullicinations include seeing floating objects, colors, Iv seen creatures like dragons. Iv had dillusions like paranoia, some days I'll feel like in being followed or watched even when I just go out to get some food I feel watched, I try be prepared and always on top, looking at everyone making sure no ones following me.

These days am at home and almost the tym goes in bed. I feel imbalance while standing or walking and a sense of over headed plus sense of palpitations and nauseous. It's gives a hangover feel through out the day.. I Wana come out from it. It's really a bad experience what I'm facing now. Help me

I'm suffering from depression from last 5 years but not completely recovered. I saw on internet that bupropion is very effective in augmentaion but my psychiatrist hasn't given it till now. Is it not prescribed much in India?? Why antipsychotics like amisulpride or aripiprazole given with ssri/snri??

Can methylphenidate cure depression?? It is basically a stimulant for attention,my psychiatrist is giveing it to me. Does this drug help in treating depression or it is just for instant relief. Is it possible that if stopped it's benifits will also stop then and there.

Why is clonazepam prescribed more than alprazolam in India even when it is widely used all over the world for anxiety. I want answer from experienced psychiatrist please.
