Low self confidence.. Fear.. Anxiety
I was diagnosed by hypertension and at border of diabetes 2 years before.this pulled me into anxiety Depression. Though I was able to stabilize my self and taking care of not having diabetes, the self confidence has not been revived.
For doing small things also I am getting fear, negative thoughts and unable to take major steps of life.
Unable to grow in career, everytime under fear ..though I try to avoid and able to avoid stress.. But some or other way it's coming back and staying in me..
How to get my self confidence back.. How to stop negative thinking.. How to become fearless for things which I shouldn't..

Living with Anxiety Symptoms
I've been diagnosed with anxiety attack/panic attack 3 weeks ago and have been experiencing anxiety symptoms since then. 1st week I had chest pains, palpitations and hot flashes that occurs almost every 15 mins and lasts for a few minutes each episode. I also had upper back pain, shoulder and neck pain. I also had a difficulty swallowing, tiredness and headache that feels like pressure. ECG and thyroid tests came back normal. The doctor gave me meds for acid reflux, and took it for 8 days. He also gave me Dolo-Neurobion, for pain relief and vitamin B-complex. 2nd week, I had relief in my back and shoulder pain as well as chest pain and practiced deep breathing. I practiced not to be overly aware with my heartbeat. 3rd week, I only experience warm feeling, if it gets warmer, my skin develops red spots, mostly in arms, but not itchy then subsides when I feel cooler; headache, and some dry skin. How long will my body recover from this anxiety symptoms? What can you recommend me? Thank you

Mental peace
Its been 4 years i have been trying to make my love cum friendship work by trying to make myself better and investing more time in myself but every day i find myself at square one. i think a lot about it although i know this is not something my life is all about. i cry and think almost everyday about it. although i am good at my workplace, nights are the scariest as i am all alone at that time. since childhood, i remember clinging to a person but each time i used to get over it. this is making me feel all alone as i have discussed this topic with many of my friends but i have not managed to get a proper solution to this. please advise

Withdrawal symptoms of escitalent
@Dr.Chinmay Kulkarni ..I had gone to neurologist where MRI is done but nothing is wrong.So he gave me escitalent again and as soon as i took it,the next day i felt good all symptoms were gone.But i don't want to take it anymore as it makes me very sleepy all the time.So as i stopped the symptoms came back.There's contant buzz in my head when off the medications.I just cant understand my surrounding.

Anxiety Panic attacks
Hi
I am having anxiety from few months, I am under consultantion with a Psychiatrist. But since last two weeks I am having frequent panic attacks I don't know whether to call it panic attack but I have a sudden fear, increased heart beat and breathing becomes heavy for few minutes and this is happening mostly during nights. I will be travelling tonight. So what do I do if I have this again. My doctor told me chew Lonazep in case of emergency and I have few other medicines like Frissium. So can anyone suggest what should I do in such severe cases where I cant get any help.

Multiple issues
I noticed this about 4 months ago has gradually increased since then.
I am unable to concentrate. I am unable to remember and memorize. I am unable to get myself to do anything that I like. I am not able to hold conversations and keep zoning out. I am getting extremely absent minded. I keep losing things. I spend entire days in a state of thoughtlessness. And when I am able to think I contemplate suicide. I don't want to do it or will get myself to, but the thought of it feels comforting.
I thought maybe it has something to do with my lifestyle but I believe my lifestyle is because of the way I feel. I don't know. Please help

Always thinking subconsciously
I am going through a serious health problem (Tmj disorder) and as a result my mind is always thinking something bad. I know I am always thinking something in my mind and most of them are bad and hence it affect my sleep and overall life . What should I do for this problem? I want stop thinking so much and better thinking process for my future. Please help.
