Attention problem
From last couple of days ago I am observing a pattern about my brain. I am feeling that once I start working on something then I don't like to do something else. For example I don't like cooking but once I start cooking then I started to like it. This happens with all aspects of my life. Basically I keep procrastinating on things but once I get started I can keep doing it but then I don't want to another things. Due to this problem I struggle with consistency in my life. What should I do to tackle this problem. I think I am this way since childhood.

Dear client 48 hours is not adequate to  diagnose brain problems. You suspect that this trait is from childhood. Then It is a remnant of hyperactivity where person looses interest and gets bored. You can take help of psychiatrist to get evaluated.

Problem you described is not enough to reach on any conclusion. You need detail assessment by a psychiatrist to find out the root cause behind it. Once that is identified solution can also be available accordingly. Consult a psychiatrist personally for better understanding of the problem. All the best
