I feel anxious for all the things in my life even like going to a shop .Is it something I need to work on my own .Can consulting psychiatrist helps.

My doctor has prescribed me to take flunil 20 mg He told me to take 40 mg after breakfast and 20 mg after lunch But at the chemist 40 mg tab is not available So can i take 2 tab of 20 mg flunil to make it 40 mg in the breakfast

Hello sir, I've anxiety disorder as I really think more then needed for a small things that I caused I'm not able to sleep properly and always with on mind ...some times my brain pain a lot ...please be advised how to overcome with this ??

Hello mam/sir history: i have generalized anxiety and moderate depression ,for the same i was prescribed fluoxetine, there was very less improvement in 8 weeks so doctor changed it to bupropion and mirtazapine after 2 months doc tapered off mirtazapine. now i am on bupropion and etizolam. question:i get frightened easily,have become coward. and whenever i go out and socialize i get depressive phase after that. having lack of interest, feeling of guilt, worthless etc, despite being on bupropion for 4 month. why suddenly i have such depressive phase? and what could be possible treatment for anxiety. SSRI SNRI NDRI mirtazapine etizolam, didn't work on anxiety and fear issues.

Hello mam/sir. currently i am on bupropion and tofisopam ,for my anxiety. i would like to know how does tofisopam work on anxiety. while some famous anti anxiety meds work on, serotonin ,nor adrenaline, sometime dopamine too,so my question is how does PDE is associated with anxiety (and its manifestations) please take some time from your busy schedule and answer it. PS: Phospho di esterase V/s anxiety

Sir/madam I am suffering from multiple somatic disease from 9 years I am taking psychiatric medication from last 2 years. My problem till now not completely cured, how to cure completely.

My fiancé has got anxiety problem from last few months.. he gets nervous too easily.. he keeps on thinking a lot.. recently he was suggested by a GP to take placida tablets.. for the first month he took two times a day and for the next month he took it once a day.. now since 2 days he is done with his course of medication.. but now he is thinking that he is not able to sleep since he is not taking medicine anymore.. how do i get him out of this please suggest me what to do..

I can't sleep gettting scared and tensed ,anxiety very often to small things.Does mastrabation has anything do with it? please help me.
