Dear Sir
You have already done the physical tests and they seem fine
so most likely your symptoms are due to psychological cause. Difficulty in breathing, feeding tensed and on the edge and other physical problems like dizziness, tingling sensation, palpitations cam occur in anxiety disorder. Please see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation and further management.treatment usually consists of medications as well as psychological therapy.
Thanks
