I'm unable to sleep alone at night , i feel like I'm being watched and get extra cautious, i tend to look out for myself and check the windows , only way i can sleep alone is after the sun rises.

I am taking 1 hitop tablet...each day but beside of that ...it cause insomnia what I do Dr ..pls...and I canot sleep too just can't shut my eyes ? Pls.

Hi I am prescribed to take nexito 5 mg for treating my general anxiety and for the lack of love for myself. I have been taking therapy for past few months and I have improved a bit but not able to change my mindset of hating myself and anxiety . Is it ok to take Nexito 5 mg ? I'm not feeling happy or satisfied with what my day to day life holds. Constant fights with husband , no focus on work , loss or f concentration and forgetting things . Constantly comparing others life with mins . Even if good things are happening around me I be happy for a while n again same .
