I've been feeling pressure in my head for about 2-3 weeks, though there are some days when it's not present especially when I go outside for a walk. I've had other symptoms with it before, such as upper back pain, neck pain, difficulty swallowing, hot flashes, palpitations, etc. I am cleared from thyroid issues since lab tests came back normal. My endocrinologist told me I have anxiety. Now this is what I'm feeling now. It's like a tight feeling, at the back or top back of my head or the bone near my temples and it feels like it wants me to stabilize my head or support my head. Sometimes I get throbbing pain at the back of my head which lasts for a split second or maybe 5 seconds. Is this still because of my anxiety? How can I naturally treat it without medication? Thank you

My friend is in a relationship with a guy for last 8 years. They have had there ups and downs but they were doing fine till new year this year. They were planning to get married and their families met, post that meet there were a few issues within families. But the problems which can be sorted post that the guy is confused and has started reconsidering the relationship all together. He has now convinced himself that this relationship is not going to workout. He thinks that ending this is best for his family and his happiness. He is not saying its because of the family issues but insist on that we were not happy and we have a lot of issues. Girl on the other hand believes there are no major issues and this can 200% workout. He has stopped talking to my friend at emotional level. He is being very formal but at times he falls back and says yes this will work out. He seems to be really confused and does not discuss this with anyone. What should they do ?

I have problem of nervousness and anxiety while I deliver talk. My voice gets choked and tensed. And if I try to speak out my breath and voice both gets tensed.

Which antidepressant does not cause hair loss. I am in depression for many years due to hair loss. Now I have Some hair remaining on my head and I can not afford to lose them. So kindly tell me any antidepressant which work for me to reduce my social anxiety and do not cause hair loss.

I want to know if a member in family suffering from depression or other mental disease my father and grandfather suffered from it.The treatment is either same or different

I don't feel like living without him I am taking medicines for depression but nothing is working out I cry all night just thinking of him We both love each other alot but don't know why god has separated us I just feel like killing myself I feel useless My anger my anxiety has just harmed me in all possible way I can't see a way out It sucks while taking all that medicines I was a happy soul I never needed these medicines His voice used to cheer me up from the worst situation But now everything is changed I need these medicines to survive It's a worthless life Can this get even worse

I have taken anti depressants from last 7 years continuously.I am suffering from ocd depression and anxiety.Now i want to stop medications bcoz my problems like checking repeated thoughts social anxiety is not totally cured. I also want to ask is it safe to take anti depressants for such a long time.

Severe Obsessive compulsive disorder patients has concentration and memory retention issues possible ah sir. Will Paxil tablet help or wht shall i do??
