Hello doctor, My mother is being treated for mental illness in Chennai. She is currently on the following medication: Loxapax 25mg ( night) Loxapax 10mg (morning) Oleanz 5mg (night) Thp 2 mg(morning) Vincomo (morning) Clozapine 50mg (night) She has been given clozapine yesterday during our consultation. Today she behaved differently in the night and has been so restless through out the day. She will not stay in one place and keeps moving around, she had suicidal thoughts before clozapine was prescribed by the doctor. Why did the doctor prescribe clozapine? Should we consult our doctor for emergency? Our doctor has not yet diagnosed the illness as we consulted him just a week before. Kindly advice.

I am a student currently undertaking my compulsory internship at a CA firm where a girl who is another intern here who is also my senior proposed her love to me. I did not accept her proposal and we were not in a relationship also. Im also not interested in this relationship and i have conveyed the same to her. Yet she is persistent and is constantly behind me for almost a year now. I have tried talking to her to make her understand. I have even scolded her. If i ignore her by blocking her . She then sent me pressure from my other peers at office. She also makes me fall under a peer pressure situation apart from directly giving me pressure by constant texts and calls to accept her proposal. Her friends have also tried to consel her to bring her out of this situation. However she is not ready to take up any of these. She is very adamant in this matter. Kindly suggest some ways by which i can make her understand.

Sir , I am Facing from 10 day while one time I face food poisoning..from till some time in Morning when I change my position I face Ortigo issue in Morning...and from 3 day I don't feel better

Unable to take proper sleep from past few weeks. Lot of frustration revolving in my mind. Whole night I wake up and didn't able to sleep.

What happens when or what are the side effect if you stop taking anti anxiety medication And how long should be taken

I am suffering with extreme anxiety and feel fearful for no reason... procrastination and overthinking is also a issue.

She got married few months ago she lives with her in laws.she loved them and accepted them with full of her heart but God knows what were the expectations of her MIL with her no matter how hard she may try she always finds some fault in her. Now she is in so much mental trauma 24*7 she thinks same thing she is unable to sleep infact the situation is she is so afraid with her that she lost all her confidence and gets panic. It feels she is going in some kind of depression. I always finds her sad negative towards life n hopeless her parents are so worried for her. I don't know how to boost up her morale n give her hope. She tries very hard to forget all things that happened with her after her marriage all those taunts, complaints, fights but she is helpless . Her husband is nice person but sharing her pain with him is complete vain as he can't understand with she is going through. He just says things will be ok I m working on it don't worry, you try to understand etc etc. Please suggest.

I get scary dreams everyday in the early Morning usually.sometimes i feel pain in the dream as if someone is pressing my neck or holding me. Sometimes i see snakes. And i remember tje dreams as soon as i wake up. What is d cause? So i need treatment?

Suffreng from ibs and anxiety  sometimes fear at night while sleeping...frequent urination fmfrom last 5 year all checkups are fine no sugar...
