After shaving I went to a doctor for ear examination, during checking he touched face . I have a feeling that he might have checked a rabies infected person and then he touched my face and spread rabies. Does this has any possibility or just phobia and anxiety?

Iam suffering from anxiety related hypertension. Iam using bp tab olsertain  h20. Iam taking bp readings by automated bp monitor. Each time iam taking 3 readings always my first reading little bit high, why because during first reading Ian very anxious and excited so it shows little bit high. After one minute I feel very free the second reading shows very normal. And third reading shows very normal like second reading. Which reading should be considered. Pls suggest Ex. 1 reading 145/80 2 reading 115/72 3 reading 114/72.

My brother is getting depression and cannot study,I took him to psychiatry he advised to take italin 10 mg daily 1 tab at night and tetrafol 7.5 mg, will that medicine will reduce depression and to focus his study
