Hi, 1. I have an issue of recurrent nightmares associated with my childhood since more than two years. Sometimes I wake up crying, mostly I wake up scared. I keep writing them down and have noticed a pattern. This was suggested by a psychologist I visited once. 2. I also have episodes where I sob uncontrollably. It's usually alone and I don't share with anyone. Recently, I am facing difficulty in breathing when I get anxious. There is a negative thought spiral that I try to come out of. One day, I was crying, anxious, my body was shaking and I wasn't able to breathe much. Milder episodes have happened but this really scared me. I also sometimes get suicidal thoughts. Was this a panic attack? I know I should see a psychologist/psychiatrist ( I don't prefer medicines though) but I am reluctant to go to one. I know my triggers which cause anxiety but I don't know the solution. Please provide me with helpful tips and suggestions. Please tell me if this is serious and has a name. Thank you.

Hi I am a compulsive gambler, and been facing issues with gambling urges always. I have lost all of my money and gone in to big debts. I dont know what i am going to do for this. I feel lonely and not able to talk to anyone. Could someone suggest a treatment for me. Saurabh

Both my father and I have similar issues, where I feel that we do not act like other people do in similar situations. We both have impulsive reactions to various situations. We have severe time management problems. I have trouble in keepings things organized all the time, trouble in keeping focus, forgetfulness, irritability around certain types of people. I recently came across a term called ADHD, and read various articles about the same. I happen to have the sympotms. Is it very common amongst people or do I have that disorder, may be common in my family. How should I proceed further in this regard. Please suggest. Thanks for your time.

Must be need trihexaphenidyl with risperidone. Why should given trihexaphenidyl with risperidone. Without thpd, risperidone is harmful.

Doctor has advised fludac 40 / Flunil for my fathers ocd treatment but he does not take the same on his own. Can we give the same in hot milk or Hot tea? This is something he has more regularly than any other food and drink. Thank you.
