I always cry. My heart is broken. I don't feel good. Loss of appetite. Confusion in life. Failure in love life. Nobody loves or cares about me. I am lonely. What can I do to cure depression?

Hi, I'm 28 and married. 1. I don't know why but I'm always careless about everything especially about my CAREER. 2. I'm ALWAYS troubled while making DECISIONS. 3. I won't say I'm depressed but I rarely find anything interesting. I like to stay alone and use MOBILE all the time. 4. I'm not consistent about my commitments like to sleep for less time and wake up early, to use mobile less times, to study and concentrate about the subject. WHOM SHOULD I CONSULT IN THIS CASE? a PSYCHIATRIST or PSYCHOLOGIST or THERAPIST? OR What should I do?

From last one year sometimes I feel sharp tickle in my mind and after that I feel restless and weakness, everything looks blurry. It mostly happens whenever I eat something which creates gas. I am working in a company and during my work, twice a month, all of sudden these all happen. It remains for 9-10 sec but the sensation remains whole day. I am not getting whether it's happening because of excessive gas problem or it is panic attacks. I have gone full body check up and the reports are normal.please suggest.

I think I'm depressed and want to medically confirm it. I either eat a lot or don't eat at all. I cry sometimes suddenly even at the smallest things. I remember things and I cry. I start self doubting and then just start losing concentration on everything. Since I lost the concentration, I end up with bad outputs in my work which leads to my manager talking to me. If I get one slight downward emotion, by the end of the day, I'm curled up in my bed thinking about how life has no meaning.

Hi does psychiatry medications like sertaline and aripiprazole blocks the effect of isochronic tones and binural beats as I am not getting any effects of them after being on theese meds
