Don't worry. It has become common nowadays. By the way, do you know? Our mobiles are dirtier than toilet seats. No need to worry about anything

Hi that act would have triggered your underlying anxiety. It is quite normal for many have this anxiety during a pandemic. Don't panic or feel guilty. Calm down. Your anxiety is not going to help the situation. The anxiety is going to harm you. So divert to something else like positive thinking, hobbies or watching TV or hearing music based on your preferences, when those thought comes. Apart from this , try to maintain washing precautions as much as possible.
Next Steps
don't panic. divert when those thoughts come.
