Kidney Problems

Hi my RBC value is 5.2 ..I had urine burning sensation ,right side pain below the rib cage.. Had fever.What will be tthe reason?

I have a small bump near the opening of urethra and it is causing mild pain. I am having it since last 10 days but it doesn't pain always. Ther is no itching and burning sensation.

For past one am.on chronic tonsilitis medication recently I changed my doctor and was prescribed with antacid (gr8 od and ancool) antibiotic ( forenza 325) antihistamine(montair fx) antidepressants (placida plus) after 4 days of the medication I suddenly can't urinate..I can feel there is urine but it's not eliminating normally I have to give tremendous pressure and after 4-5 min urine coming out with.little flow though all urine is eliminating totally i.have done USG KUB and it's came.out normal why urine not coming normally why I have to give lot.of.pressure.please.help

My father is suffering from prostrate enlargement BPH 35cc. He urinates frequently during daytime but nightime it is ok and he does not go to urinate often. Does he need surgery? Sometimes he take Prostagard D8 to relieve symptoms. He has recently also been diagnosed with high sugar PP after food 221. Do you advice surgery or is it manageable with medications?

Right kidney shows grade 1 medical renal diseases noted. Mild to moderate cortical scarring noted. Mild hydronephrosis. Ureteric dialation intermittent. S/o v-u reflux Right kidney shows chronic pyelonephritis with pyerenchmal thinning and cortical scarring. Urine bladder well distended.
