Kidney Problems

Sir today I visited AIIMS for my urine flow problem twice...my abdomen pelvic report is normal ...MCU RGU report normal..but still average urine flow 4.3 and max flow 7.4..doctor didnot satisfied with MCU RGU report...he personally inserted a pipe and checked...that no stricture found ...but he said bladder outlet obstruction and prescribed me alfoo tablet for one month...till now after taking alfoo my urine flow increasing day by day...will alfoo cure my disease or just control...if my prostate is 18 gm and normal ..then what will happened to me...I need urgent solutions...my erectile dysfunction starts again..which medicine should I take ...or go for surgery...I am a newly married person...age 30...no diebetes...

Hi I am 38yrs, 84kgs, 173cms I have recently have issue with urine odour in the morning, I get foul smell in the morning urination, or after long period of time. I also have low grade fever for last 24 hours I had urine routine done but doctor said nothing to worry. Found some amount of Calcium oxilate Please advice Regards Briston Gonsalves

Whenever I sneeze or laugh openly .some drop of urine  flows. Is it the sign of series kidney disease. I summer I also face the problem of Yellow toilet. I drink a lot of water. Still sometimes I feel burning problem while doing toilet

I had kidney stones & prostate enlargement diagnosed since last two years. I have taken ayurvedic medications for both above problems & had improvement in both the issues. When I had a health check in Sept 2019, both the problems had reduced & doctor only advised to drink more fluids. But since last 2-3 months I have to get up minimum 3 times for urine. Other symptom is feeling of too much thirst at night & as soon as I am awake I have strong urge & have to rush for urination. Can nit hold even for 2 minutes. Other symptom, which I am having is joints pain, I don't know whether it's connected with above problems or not. Currently there is a lot of stress going on due to work from home & also due to Corona conundrum. Kindly advise what to do.

Sir my friend's dad died due to kidney failure. Now my friend Nabanita, is 23 years old . Her S.Creatinine is 0.8mg/dL now. Is it normal? What kind of precision should she take to avoid kidney problems in her future? Should she cheak her creatinine level every year? Thank you sir.

Actually my friend is suffering pain during peeing. So we did a sonography test. In report it is mentioned that left kidney shows renal concretions. Kindly find the attached screenshot
