Kidney Problems

My father is ckd patient, his criatinin is 4.42 ,uria is 120 and based on Renal Scan relative functionality of left kidney is 10% and right kidney is 90%. How to decrease or maintain creatinin level?

I do not have leakage problems, I can hold urine, I do not have nocturia. However, doctor says due to the weather, I go frequently and has suggested a month course for Bladmir 50. Does taking these medicines mean taking them for life?

What must be the immediate step if doctors suggest a severe kidney failure with creatinine level 6? Is dialysis always the only life saving option?

My grandfather was initially hospitalized with brain stroke, but after a few days doctors detected urine infection with presence of Klebsiella bacteria. He was medicated with Meropron followed by Phosfomicin. That has caused severe kidney injury with creatinine level 6, however there was nothing suspicious found in urine 2 days back. What should be done?

History of hip replacement on right side in Jan 2020/,no physiotherapy. In 20th May  patient had urinary retention, followed by placement of catheter and test show ing infection. Catheter was for 45days, USG shows thinking of urinary bladder linning. Iv Meropenem given for 10 days, improvement in odour of urine. And clear reports of urinary routine so catheter was removed. But patient still unable to empty full bladder ...slight retention us still present.when u encourage patient or in sitting position she passes urine,put still reduce abdomenal bloating is seen ,it's during first 48hours What can be reason...and can be done more,?

Hi my mom is undergoing chemotherapy .She has recently found in CT scan abdomen a stone of 6.5 mm in kidney  .Can it be removed naturally or do we require certain medication?
