Kidney Problems

Dear Dr, Since last two days I am not having proper urine output there is slight pain at the lower abdomin and urge to urinate increases in the night but the quantity is not as usual..My intake of water is good around 4 to 5 litres a day.

I encountered a slip disc and right side pain in stomach. --Plain CT SCAN SHOWS Left kidney measures 10.2 x5.0cm and shows a hypodense cyst 1.2cm in lower pole - I have a urine infection for Escherichia coli - Antibiotic is SENSITIVE for all - My VITAMIN D is low 7.68 Is this cyst is SERIOUS? please advise

Hello, I am having pains in kidney region right side since a month. I have done ultrasound and Urine culture and both are normal. I am confused. What can be the problem?

I have done a CT SCAN and it shows : Right kidney measures 11.7x5.2cm Left kidney measures 10.2 x5.0cm and shows a hypodense cyst 1.2cm in lower pole. Is it a problem?

I have been taking Phychiatric medicines for Last 20 years, one of the Medicine Lothian SR per day 800mg. According to Doctor advise I am monitoring my Serum Lithium and EGFR Lbs once in 6 months. In 2019 November Serum Lithium 1.0 and eGFR 86 In 2020 August 4th Serum Lithium 0.69 and eGFR 76 Pls advise me, need to correct the eGFR? or To Tapped OFf Lithium Medication?

Getting pain in back of right side medicine which has prescribed is pyridium and nitrofuration I have started taking dose today but i have syarted with back pain

I am having lower abdominal discomfort, heaviness in my lower abdomen since the last two days. There has been an increased tendency to urinate too.It is the 3rd day today with other symptoms getting better but have a little radiating pain in the lower back left. My urine is clear, doesn't have any smell, or burning/pain. Please suggest what could be the cause. I was checking the symptoms and wyas worried. The symptoms started Sunday Night.
