Kidney Problems

Can a ct scan of kub region detect the sign of kidney accurately?and if even little drinking of water intake am having amd tulhere is any obstruction in tract so does ncct kub can detect the hydronephrosis or not?

When I go to pee in a commode it forms bubble in the water and conducted urine analysis through that we found protein ++ RBC and few puss cells , but where creatinine is normal , sugar is normal , TSH is normal all other factor are normal . Am little worried about this so let me know

Sir ..I have bladder neck obstruction...doctor prescribed me alfoo for till surgery after my fatherhood...I am very young now and alfoo price is little bit high for me...I found a tab alfusin which costs cheaper than alfoo...it is also the composition of alfuzosin...sir please suggest do I buy alfusin as it is cheaper if alfoo is better

सर मेरे अचानक कल ही से पेशाब में जलन होने लगी है आज कुछ टेस्ट करे है यूरिन में बैक्टेरिया पॉजिटिव आया है। पेशाब हो रही है लेकिन हर 20 मिनट में जाना पड़ रहा है तो जलन हो रही है अल्कासोले पिया था। अल्ट्रासाउंड करने पर केवल प्रोस्टेट 53 बढ़ा है । मुझे क्या करना चाहिए। सर क्या इस कारण ही uti इंफेक्शन हुआ है ये कब तक ठीक होगा fever भी है antibitic ले रहा हूं।

I have been facing CBP from 3 years...already had 4 months of niftas and tamsoulin course. After that dr said you got healed and i stopped but I wasn't. Its come again and i am taking niftas and veltam from 1.5 months again. Is this CBP is treatable...?? Many dr said it will take time but how much time it will take?? Even i am on medication still facing urinary problems. Also taking sitz baths. If not treatable with antibiotics what could be the next option. Is there any laser treatment for this or some therapy... I am just 27 and it made my life hell...
