It needs to be evaluated, to make proper diagnosis. It may be vesico-vaginal fistula or Ureterovaginal fistula. But first one is more likely. Will need cystoscopy to see size and location of fistula and accordingly final treatment plan will be made. Most probably she will require VVF repair.
