3 month old male baby is giving pause for a second while urinating ... But no straining or crying while urinate... It's for recently 2 days not from birth

Hello Doctors, Greetings. I am asking a very stupid question. Does urinary bladder and kidney(nephrons) heal on their own...? Also if a person has taken too much antibiotics in his or her life.. What percentage of kidneys are damaged. I am about to appear for my second round of written test for John Hopkins Medical College. I cleared the first written.
