After pee in pan and after flush the same foam ( like soap water) is present.What is cause?Pl.advise

My father is a heart patient and he never had sugar. It's been 18 days that he has been diagnosed with covid 19. After getting covid, his sugar level rose to 263. He's fine now and is under medication for covid 19 and glucose level (gluconorm). In hospital they gave him insulin. Will the sugar level fall? Will it be fine?
