Kidney Problems

Please let me know what the reports are saying and What medicine to prescribe. This is the report of Urine checkup of my mother. Her only problem is that she is continously getting urine flow. " Baar Baar Peshab horaha hai". Else no infection, no etching is there. Only the continuous toilet problem she's facing. Please check the reports.

I get frequent urination and it is from past 6 months... And also urge to urinate.. couldn't control all of a sudden it comes and have to run... may i know the cause and treatment for this???

Sir/madam I am suffering with constipation since 2013 at which I noticed . I did journey of 40km daily for a tenure of 6 years continuously because of education. I started searching about it in 2015  and consulted various doctors in my town and on that they just said it is because of tension and fibre less foods and suggested Cremaffin plus syrup and some tablets which I had at that time and stopped in 2018. One more thing I masterbate atleast 2 to 3 times a week since 2011 due to illiteracy at that age and I feel some weakness when I masterbate since  2018.Beyond all this,since today I take in fibre foods such as leafy and various vegetables including some fruits and huge content of water daily but the problem still exists which makes me frightened to take journey to anywhere. Please suggest some better option to get relieved from suffering.

From past couple of days, i cannot urinate completely in one go. As soon as I get up having thought that it completed, in not more than 10 seconds I again get the urge to urinate. And the flow is also not continuous. it takes 2-3 turns to do it completely. It feels like my bladder is full most of the time but when I urinate, the flow is not as expected. Please suggest me what I can do to get this issue fixed.

Urine routine test result Reaction is came with ACIDIC and all other is normal. So I want know   have any issues.

Is wearing briefs increase or decrease the pain due to epidedymitis... wearing briefs when sleeping is best for epidedymitis? Or it is best to sleep without brief with epidedymitis?
