Mass lesion at lower pole of left kidney
A well defined encapsulated enhancing mass lesion of approx size 3.9 * 3.5 cm noted arising expophytically from the lower pole of left kidney. It has a central stellate shaped non enhancing scar.
What should be the preferred treatment for this? Should i undergo with surgery or not? Can i wait for atleast 1 month? Asking because i have gone through surgery just before 2 months and removed mass lesion which was there near uterus and which is of not cancer type.. I am not facing any urine related problems in my daily routines.

Good evening, it may be a benign entity based on description, however I would like to view the ct films, also whether it was contrast or non contrast ct.
